Rahul Simha (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in 1990. He was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science, College of William and Mary, Williamsburg, VA, from 1990 to 1996, and an Associate Professor from 1996 to 2000. Since June 2000, he has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science, George Washington University, Washington, DC. His research interests include networks, algorithms, software systems, and embedded systems.
