I conduct structural and biophysical investigations of protein-protein interactions in signal transduction cascades. Specifically, I utilize X-ray crystallography and NMR to probe the structures and interactions of proteins involved in the regulation of protein quality control by ubiquitination and the innate immune response. My research touches a broad swath of diseases including Cancer, Heart Disease, Cystic Fibrosis and Parkinson's Disease.
