Rong Gao

Rong Gao received the B.S. degree in mathematics from Yantai University, Yantai, China, in 1999, the M.S. degree in operational research and control theory from Ludong University, Yantai, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in operational research and control theory from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2017. He is currently with the College of Mathematics and Statistics Science, Ludong University. His research interests include receding horizon control, time-delay systems, and stochastic systems.
