研究领域
以透射电镜(TEM/STEM)结合电子能量损失谱(EELS)和能谱(EDS)等手段从原子尺度研究氧化物功能材料界面处的结构、成分、化学键等微结构信息,阐明材料制备、微结构与物理性能之间的关系和机理,为新材料的设计、制备提供依据。具体研究内容如下:
1、先进氧化物功能薄膜材料界面超微结构与磁电性能
2、新能源材料微结构与性能(锂电、热电、太阳能等)
3、材料在外场(热、电、力等)作用下微结构演化规律的原位电镜研究
4、纳米催化材料与机理
