tephen’s research focuses on exercise and nutritional interventions to improve nitric oxide and redox biomarkers, cardiovascular health, oxidative metabolism and exercise performance. Stephen has published over 80 original research articles on these topics as well as several book chapters and review articles. He has delivered invited presentations at the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences, European College of Sport Sciences and the American College of Sports Medicine annual conferences.
