Sunit Tyagi

Sunit Tyagi (M'80) received the Bachelor of Technology in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute Of Technology, Bombay, India, in 1984 and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical, computers and systems engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, in 1987 and 1991, respectively. He is a Senior Process Engineer with Intel Corporation, since 1991, responsible for next generation process integration and transistor design. His research interests have included transistor design, circuit design, process integration, and yield on Intel's 0.8-, 0.35-, 0.25-, 0.18-, 0.13-$\mu$m advanced CMOS logic technologies. He is currently leading the device development for 65-nm logic process technology. He has published numerous papers on CMOS devices and holds ten patents in the area of integrated circuit technology and devices.
