I work as a Bioinformatics and Computational Scientist at the Cancer Genomics Research Laboratory at the Frederick National Laboratory, operated by Leidos Biomedical Research, Inc. I actively collaborate with principal investigators at the Division of Cancer Epidemiology and Genetics, National Cancer Institute to understand the genomics of the human papillomavirus by coupling next generation sequencing data with my experience in handling protein structure data.
