Bio
Research and work experience in the design, development, characterization, and evaluation of different nanostructures to develop semiconductor devices for medical diagnosis, including integration with IoT healthcare. In addition, I have wide experience with the fabrication process (FET, TFT, and electrochemical flexible devices), advanced packaging, device design and simulation, and electrical characterization of semiconductors. I am a full-time researcher in the Nano Electronics and Microfluidic Sensor Laboratory (NEMS) with the duties of laboratory manager. In the past 5 years, I have attended more than 20 conferences and collaborated on the publication of 14 articles in SCI journals related to the fields of semiconductors, material science, and sensors.
