Seong Jun Kang

Seong Jun Kang received the M.S. degree, in 1994, and the Ph.D. degree, in 1999, both in electronic materials and devices engineering, from Inha University. Since 2000, he has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Semiconductor Materials and Devices Engineering, Chonnam National University, Cheonnam, Korea. His current research interests include semiconductor processing and optical devices applications of oxide and II–VI compound semiconductor.
