Shamik Das leads efforts in the Mitre Nanosystems Group to design and prototype nanoelectronic systems. His research interests include nanocomputer architecture and system design, nanoelectronics for special-purpose circuit applications, and the modeling and simulation of emerging electronic device technologies. He also serves on the Emerging Research Devices working group of the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors.
