I am Professor of Urology at UCL. I am research active and lead several multidisciplinary trials of interventions designed to improve outcomes for prostate cancer. I am Chief investigator for The NeuroSAFE PROOF RCT to evaluate the use of a frozen section technique to optimise nerve sparing during radical prostatectomy. Other research interests include confocal laser microscopy for surgical margin evaluation, circulating tumour cells and urethral preservation for continence.
