Zhang Shumin

Siwei Zhang (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Zhejiang University, China, in 2009, the M.Sc. degree in communication engineering from the Technical University of Munich, Germany, in 2011, and the Dr.-Ing. (Ph.D.) degree in electrical engineering from the University of Kiel, Germany, in 2020. Since 2012, he has been a Researcher with the Institute of Communications and Navigation, German Aerospace Center, where he has been active in more than ten EU, German, and DLR projects in statistical signal processing in wireless communication and navigation. He is an External Lecturer with the Technical University of Munich and the University of Kiel. He is a recipient of the 2021 DLR Science Award and several Best Paper/Presentation Awards at international conferences, including 2015 and 2022 ION GNSS+, 2021 IEEE CCNC-RoboCom, and 2023 IEEE Aerospace Conference.
