Silvia A. Silva

My main research interests lie in the field of work psychology applied to safety, health and wellbeing at work. I was the coordinator of the European Project "Participative Prevention of Psychosocial Emergent Risks in SMEs " (VS/2014/0053). At the moment I am the leader of the project Developing Competencies for Stress Resilience @SMEs (DeSTRESS). I am also member of the project WELLy: Introducing the job profile of a Manager for Work Well-being to prevent and combat work related stress.
