Dr. Sin Yong Teng’s area of expertise is on the sustainable transition of molecules and materials, from spectroscopes to industrial processing & distribution. He is interested in utilizing data science, AI and chemometrics to retrieve chemical or bio-chemical information to achieve the transition towards Industry 4.0. He serves as a reviewer for many international journals such as Analytica Chimica Acta, Journal of Cleaner Production, Renewable Energy, Clean Technology and Policy etc.
