Sophea Rom Phy

I am a PhD student in Civil Engineering with a Water Resources concentration at the University of South Florida. Previously attended Kyoto University, Japan for a master's, and the Institute of Technology of Cambodia for an engineer's degree. My research interests lie in watershed hydrology, modeling and forecasting, and AI applications in water resources.
