With UK & international experience of designing and delivering training through a variety of mediums - such as classroom training, gamification, Zoom/Teams, eLearning and 1-2-1 coaching - I am eager to take on a managerial role where I can utilise these skills in the L&D field.

I have experience of creating entire training programmes from scratch, (from new starters and sales modules through to leadership/management courses,) and overseeing the L&D function for two separate global recruitment businesses. On a more senior level, I am able to design a Key Skills Matrix and a Competency Framework to create promotion pathways for employees, and have reported on these implementations at board level.

My experience of working in sales as a Recruitment Consultant, and my passion for creative design, have enabled me to consistently build innovative and engaging courses as part of a sales training framework. Having worked for the largest staffing company in the world, and smaller niche recruitment businesses, I have experience of working in both corporate and more ‘family feel’ environments.
