Bio
Subhajit Chatterjee is a postdoc at the National Cancer Institute, NIH, USA. His study investigates tumor viruses' contributions to viral integration-induced oncogenesis using sequencing, bioinformatics, and wet bench molecular biology. His Ph.D. research uncovered Nectin-4-mediated cancer angiogenesis signaling and developed strategies to target it through various model systems. He also focused on combining chemotherapeutic agents to inhibit angiogenesis and DNA repair pathways in cancer cells.
