Subrata Majumder has been a Lecturer of the Dept. of Textile Engineering, Daffodil International University, Dhaka Since January 2017 and the founder of Benevolent Home for Street Souls (A Charity for Helpless Street People of Bangladesh Since November, 2016). Majumder completed his MBA at Bangladesh University of Professionals and his undergraduate studies at Daffodil International University. His research interests lie in the area of weaving, supply chain in textile, waste management, green theory for manufacturing and Education in Bangladesh. Majumder has served the weaving industry in Bangladesh for roughly 2 years in the country's renowned SIM Fabrics Ltd as Production Officer and Executive (Planning). Besides being a single, now Majumder enjoys playing football, badminton, cards, bike riding, traveling and enjoying good food.
