Sung-Do Kim

Sungdo Kim received the M.E. degree from Information and Communications University, Daejeon, South Korea, and the Ph.D. degree from Chungnam National University, Daejeon, in 2002 and 2010, respectively, all in electronics engineering. Since 1989, he has been with the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, where he has been involved in CMOS RF/Analog circuits and RF front-end architectures. He was a co-recipient of the Presidential Award in the 9th Semiconductor Design Competition for his digital multi-media broadcasting SoC. He was the Project Leader for the 26-GHz industrial level transmits radar development, which has been successfully commercialized by AUTROL. His research interests are in CMOS RF/Analog circuit design and high-speed mixed-signal IC design for wireless communications and radar sensors.
