Sun-Jung Kim

Sun Jung Kim received the degree in electronic engineering from Kyung-pook National University, Taegu, Korea, in 1996 and the M.Eng. degree in electrical and computer engineering from National University of Singapore in 2001. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the Silicon Nano Device Laboratory, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, National University of Singapore. His research interests include ALD of high-$\kappa$ dielectrics, high-$\kappa$ MIM capacitors, and silicon RF/mixed-signal passive devices.
