Tadahiro Goda

dealing with specifications of UHV substation equipments. Tadahiro Goda Mr. Goda was born in Osaka, Japan, in 1949. He received the B.E., M.E. and D.E. degree in 1971, 1973, and 1995 respectively from the Osaka University. He joined Mitsubishi Electric in 1973 and was engaged in the research and development of power system operation and control. He received a paper award from lEE Japan in 1975 and 1991. He designed a Microgrid for Hachinohe (Japan) and Hsinchiang Uighur (China). Mr. Goda became a professor at the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department of the Kyushu University since 2006. His field of interests includes power system dynamic stability of large-scale power systems, integration of dispersed energy systems and the deregulation of the electric power industry.
