Bio
Thomas S. Y. Moh received the B.E. (Hons.) degree in electrical engineering from University Technology Malaysia, the master’s degree in biophotonics from the École Normale Suprieure de Cachan, Paris, France, in 2008, and the Ph.D. degree with a focus on fabrication of silicon nanowires transistor for biosensing application from the Delft University of Technology in 2013. Continuing from his master’s study, he joined the Microsystems Laboratory, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden, to work on fabrication and packaging of microfluidics for European FP6 Project (Ultrahigh sensitivity Slot Waveguide Biosensor on a Highly Integrated Chip for Simultaneous Diagnosis). His focus is on microsystems, sensors, and renewable energy devices. He is currently with the School of Engineering and Technology, University College Technology of Sarawak, Malaysia, as a Senior Lecturer and the Director of Centre of Industrial Linkages and Entrepreneurship.
