Tae-Sik Yoon received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in materials science and engineering from Seoul National University, Seoul, South Korea, in 1996, 1998, and 2002, respectively. After working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Seoul National University and the University of California, Los Angeles, and as a Senior Researcher at Samsung Electronics, he is currently an Associate Professor at Myongji University, Yongin, South Korea. His research includes the semiconductor nanostructures and devices including nonvolatile memory, neuromorphic devices, thin film transistors, and the nanomaterials such as colloidal nanoparticles and nanowires and their applications.
