Bio
His research field is based on the development of highperformance polymeric materials and organic/inorganic hybrid nanoparticles for optoelectronic device applications. His endeavors include designing core/shell nanoparticles, creating selfassembled supramolecules, and exploring molecular structure/property relationships evaluated by spectroscopy, thermal analysis, and device performance. Recently, he has expanded his research areas to novel CMP materials and processes through his expertise in molecular engineering for improving CMP performance and minimizing surface roughness.
