Currently Professor at the Graduate Program in Chemistry of the Military Institute of Engineering. Experience in Chemistry, focusing on Medicinal Chemistry and Chemical/Biological Defense, acting on the following subjects: molecular modeling, chemical and biological defense, drug design and biotechnological processes. So far has published 175 scientific papers, mostly in international journals, 12 book chapters and 89 meeting communications. Supervised 13 master and 15 PhD Thesis. Today is the supervisor of 03 PhD students, mostly working on Chemical and Biological Defense.
