Bio
Tao Zhang received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from the Xidian University, Xi'an, China. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with the School of Microelectronics, Xidian University.
His research interest includes wide-bandgap semiconductor gallium nitride-based lateral Schottky barrier diode for power switching application.
