Hello my name is Tyler Ray and my current research interest are in fusion materials. I hope to add valuable data to the nuclear fusion community so that one day we can arrive at steady state fusion reactors. Currently I am a junior in nuclear engineering at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. My future career plans are to become a full time fusion material researcher at a DOE laboratory in the United States, or work on the fusion reactor ITER in Europe. I plan to go onto graduate school to further my studies to one day reach my career goals. My ORNL title is: ORISE Undergraduate Intern at ORNL.
