Deputy Scientific Director, Head of department at V. Lashkaryov Institute of Semiconductor Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv). Main research interests are the modelling spectra of high resolution X-ray diffraction of crystals and nanosystems, for the characterization of defects and strains in these crystals and multilayer structures, and study the influence of modified structure parameters by thermal treatment, ion implantation, etc.
