Vincent M. Stanford

Vincent Stanford manages research on multimodal interfaces and distributed computing at the NIST Smart Space Laboratory. His research interests include statistical signal processing, pattern recognition, parallel processing, and systems engineering. He has applied these to speech recognition, speaker identification, electrocardiograms, phonocardiograms, acoustics, radar, sonar, and seismic signature analysis in distributed sensor-based systems.
