I am working on quorum sensing inhibitor development using molecular docking and further lead evaluation by various in vitro studies including CLSM, SEM, qRT-PCR studies. Further I am now focusing on construction, expression and isolation of respective protein targets, followed by molecular interaction studies using Isothermal colorimetry (ITC), Microscale thermophoresis (MST) and Thermal shift assays. My other interests are efflux pumps and quorum quenching enzymes.
