V.V. Ustinov

V. V. Ustinov is currently an Academician of RAS, a Doctor of physics and mathematics, Head of the Department of Nanospintronics, Institute of Metal Physics, and the Scientific Director of the Institute. His research focuses on electronic and spin transport in metallic magnetic nanostructures. He carried out the fundamental work on the theory of spin-dependent surface scattering of electrons and the study of spin-transport phenomena in magnetic metal superlattices.
