My interests have always been combining my love for the elegance of computational algorithms with the myriad of diverse application domains of bioinformatics. I have had the opportunity to work with high-throughput epigenomics datasets, interrogating the methylome, transcriptome, chromatin histone mark deposition and ATAC-Seq accessibility information simultaneously. I previously also studied inferring novel associations from medical subject annotations in the PubMed biomedical database. I am currently focused on simultaneous aggregate analysis of multiple single-cell transcriptomics from the 10X platforms, and bridging this with our other single-cell and bulk tissue datasets.
