Wenbo Sun

Wenbo Sun received the B.S. degree in atmospheric physics from Peking University, Shenzhen, China, in 1988, the M.S. degree in ocean remote sensing from the State Ocean Administration of China, in 1991, and the Ph.D. degree in atmospheric sciences from Dalhousie University, Halifax, NS, Canada, in 2000. He is a Senior Research Scientist of Science Systems and Applications Inc., Hampton, VA, USA. He works at NASA Langley Research Center, Hampton, VA, USA, for climate-related satellite remote sensing missions. His research interests involve satellite remote sensing of earth-atmosphere system, radiation transfer in clouds and aerosol layers, and light scattering by arbitrarily shaped atmospheric particles.
