Wenfeng Liang received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering and automation from China Jiliang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2008 and the Ph.D. degree from the State Key Laboratory of Robotics, Shenyang Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shenyang, China, in 2014. From 2014 to 2017, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Shenyang Institute of Automation. Since 2014, he has been an Associate Professor with the School of Mechanical Engineering, Shenyang Jianzhu University, Shenyang. His research interests include finite element method modeling, and OEK-based micro/nano material manipulation and assembly.
