Xiaohui Zhang

Xiaohui Zhang received the B.S. degree in electronic information science and technology from the Chongqing University of Technology, Chongqing, China, in 2016, and the master's degree in information and communication engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, in 2020. He is currently a Software Engineer with the Nanjing NARI Information & Communication Technology Company, Ltd., Nanjing, China. His research interests include resource allocation, Markov decision processes, and reinforcement learning.
