Bio
Xuwei LIU received his M.Sc. degree from China Agricultural University and received his Ph.D. degree from the SQPOV, INRAE and Avignon University. His primary research interest focuses on quality of processed fruit and vegetables, with a special focus on polyphenols (e.g., procyanidins) and cell wall polysaccharides, and their interactions.
