Xuezhi Zheng (Member, IEEE) received the M.S. degree in electrical engineering and the Ph.D. degree (summa cum laude) from KU Leuven, Leuven, Belgium, in 2010 and 2014, respectively. From 2020 to 2021, he was a Visiting Scholar with the Cavendish Laboratory, Nanophotonics Centre, University of Cambridge, Cambridge, U.K. Since 2014, he has been a Post-Doctoral Researcher with the ESAT-WaveCore Group, KU Leuven. He is currently a Visiting Scholar with the Center for Polariton-Driven Light–Matter Interaction (POLIMA), Southern Denmark University, Odense, Denmark. His current research interests include the modeling of the interaction of electromagnetic (EM) waves with nanoscopic structures.
