Yen-Huei Chen

Yen-Huei Chen (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, and the M.S. degree from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, in 1995 and 1998, respectively. In 2000, he joined Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), Hsinchu, as a Process Integration Engineer on process development and product yield enhancement. Since 2003, he joined the Design Service Division, TSMC, where he engaged in research on SRAM design for advanced technology development from 90 to 5 nm. He is currently a Design Manager in the design technology platform (DTP) and working on SRAM compiler design and SRAM test vehicle development for advanced technology. He has authored 14 IEEE conference articles and six Journal on Solid-State Circuits articles. He holds more than 100 patents. His research interests include low-power and high-speed SRAM/CMOS digital circuit design, test measurements, and yield analysis. Mr. Chen is a member of the IEEE Solid-State Circuit Society.
