He has studied genomics based precision medicine for past twenty five years. Since he founded Precision Medicine Research Center, he has established diverse genomics tools/systems such as NGS analysis, developing disease gene panel for target deep sequencing, single cell transcriptome analysis, MLPA-CE-SSCP based pathogen detection system, and related bioinformatics system. Currently he is an associate editor of EMM and Cancer Research & Treatment, and editor-in-chief of Genomics & Informatics.
