Yi-Hsuan Hsiao

Yi-Hsuan Hsiao was born in Chia-Yi, Taiwan, in 1980. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2002 and 2004, respectively. His M.S. thesis was focused on TFT devices. He joined the Emerging Central Laboratory, Macronix International Co., Ltd., in 2005, Hsinchu. His current research includes developing new nonvolatile memory devices and reliability studies of nitride trapping Flash Memories.
