Yulia A. Strekalova

Yulia A. Strekalova, PhD, MBA, is Assistant Professor (Research) and Grants Development Director in the College of Journalism and Communications. She also conducts research in science and health communication. Her scholarship examines how lay consumers and experts communicate about health, science, and technology, and how they translate and manage knowledge related to these topics. As a PI, she leads a funded project that will create a prototype of an interactive online application for information about clinical research.
