I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. My primary research field is natural resource economics and policy, with a focus on water resources and ecosystems. I am also a Fellow at Resources for the Future and currently serve as Director of the Consortium for the Valuation of Applications Benefits Linked with Earth Science (VALUABLES).
