I work on mobile and ubiquitous computing, with a focus on AIoT (AI + IoT). The vision is to integrate sensing, computing and decision-making into everyday IoT systems for intelligent individual and urban services. I design algorithms and software to enable efficient, scalable, and high-fidelity perception and reaction on resource-constrained IoT platforms and systems. My research adopts an interdisciplinary approach and draws insights from mobile systems, machine learning, and domain sciences.
