    Abstract
    目的观察内镜下化疗粒子植入治疗对晚期胃窦部肿瘤患者生存质量的影响。方法经内镜粒子植入器将5-FU化疗粒子植入晚期胃窦部肿瘤患者瘤体内,观察术后1、2、3个月时肿瘤体积的变化,并对术前和术后1、2、3个月时患者的生存质量进行评估。结果治疗后3个月,肿瘤体积逐渐缩小,生存质量评分明显高于治疗前,3个月总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),生存质量评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论内镜化疗粒子植入治疗能够明显提高患者的生存质量。
