气流分配式排种器CFD模拟与改进

Abstract
在建立气流分配式排种器三维模型的基础上,利用CFD方法对排种器的内部流场进行了仿真模拟.选择标准kε模型和DPM模型分别对气相和固相进行模拟,得到气流场分布图和颗粒场的运动轨迹图.结果表明,模拟结果与试验结果基本一致.但分配器中存在涡流现象,导致个别种子滞留在分配器中,影响了排种的均匀性.通过改进结构及模拟,消除了分配器中涡流滞种现象.
