Abstract
骨质疏松可由多种因素引起,钙沉积不足只是其中一个原因.治骨质疏松症,需要钙剂、维D、胶原、促进成骨或破骨活动的激素等共同作用才能形成正常骨质.单纯增加钙的供给,到一定程度后就是无效供给.如确诊骨质疏松症,单纯补钙是不够的,应综合治疗,包括提高骨量、增强骨强度和预防骨折等,患者应到正规医院的骨科规范治疗.
