特高压接入对天津500 kV电网短路电流影响及限制措施

Abstract
采用中国电力科学研究院开发的PSD ̄BPA软件,详细分析了特高压接入对天津500 kV电网的影响。天津南特高压站投产对天津500 kV电网潮流、电压和暂态稳定水平影响不大,但对短路电流影响较大,提高了天津500 kV变电站的短路水平,使得天津南和静海500 kV侧短路电流超标。针对短路电流超标问题提出限制短路电流的3种措施,采用PSD ̄BPA软件对3种限制措施进行分析,检验3种限制措施的效果。最后,从限制短路电流效果和对电网安全稳定运行的影响2方面对3种限制措施进行比较分析,论述了3种限制措施的优劣性。
