滑油监测技术在设备磨损检测中的应用研究

Abstract
在基本的磨损理论基础上,研究了磨损规律,并从不同角度制定了确保设备安全的磨损界限值,包括由磨损含量与取样频率关系统计的浓度界限值、相邻两个油样中含量变化统计的趋势界限值,通过这些界限值来捕捉故障征兆,也可灵敏地反映磨损变化.为了提前发现设备的磨损情况,基于GM方法建立了GM磨损预测模型,并对设备的磨损状况进行了预测,通过比较预测值和测量值,验证了所用方法的准确性.还校正了更换滑油对元素浓度测量及磨损程度预测带来的影响,使校正后的测量值及预测值能够准确反映设备的真实状况.
