Abstract
质量控制图是一种将统计学原理应用于控制生产过程的图形方法,在检验工作中有着广泛的应用.作为质检实验室,对检验过程进行质量控制,是保证检测数据科学准确、实现公平公正科学宗旨的必要途径之一,也是GB/T 27025-2008检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求,通过绘制质量控制图便可判断影响试验结果的各因素是否处于国家标准规定的控制范围.质量控制的优势是通过检验总样本中的子样本,根据子样本的检验结果判断总样本的检验过程是否受控,同时减少总检验费用和缩短检验的时间间隔.
