反思学习在精神科优质护理模式病房的应用

Abstract
目的为提升护士优质护理服务意识,达到服务好、质量好、医德好、群众满意的目的。方法采用自我反思、知识培训、病例分析、护理查房、病例讨论等方法进行分析,分享成功与失败的护理经验。结果护士在精神病相关知识掌握、工作技能、服务态度、病人满意度等明显提高。结论将反思学习应用于精神科优质护理模式病房的建立,防范于未然,能够准确地把握不同阶段的工作重点,提高护理质量,改善患者安全。
